“ I love everything about this nursery. Two things I’d like to highlight about this place: 1. They stock decomposable pots and planters! I forget what the label said they’re made out of (some kind of wheat husk maybe?). I did purchase a rectangular planter box, and the label states it lasts 5 years outdoors. Unsure how long the smaller planters and pots last. I think this is the only nursery in the East Bay that stocks these as I have not noticed other nurseries having decomposable pots and planters. 2. They make and sell succulent arrangements! They’re rather beautiful. Will most likely take a picture to possibly upload to this review the next time I go to the nursery.”
“Great neighborhood nursery. Nice selection and fabulous customer service.”
“Helpful, friendly staff. Sufficient parking. Adequate selection of plants, trees and supplies.”
“An absolutely delightful nursery! All of the staff working were lovely and very helpful, everyone was relaxed yet attentive! The selection of outdoor plants, indoor plants and succulents were great, lots of verity and some cool unusual gems too. The plants all looked healthy and well cared for even the discount plants were in good condition. I got a very unique Hoya, three super strange and beautiful succulents and a stag horn fern, all plants I’ve been wanting for a while but haven’t been able to find, let alone at such good prices! I highly recommend visiting!”
“This is absolutely one of my favorite nurseries in Oakland. It is very cute and small, but it carries quite a number of plants. I typically only come here for houseplants, but I will be back for outdoor plants once I have an outdoor space. They have done amazing with physical distancing by opening a couple cash registers outside which makes for a quick and easy cash out. I will make sure that I keep coming back to this nursery to support them!”
“One of my favorite nurseries in the East Bay! Their plants are incredibly well cared for and very healthy. They have a wide variety of indoor and outdoor plants, including a big section of cacti and succulents. Their indoor plants are all housed in one building in the center of the complex. They have cute pots and potting soil available as well. During covid, they’re limiting the number of customers inside at a time. I picked up a Peace Lily and Rubber plant a few months ago and they are still thriving! The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. My friend wanted to pick up a few indoor plants, and they talked her through her best options given the amount of light in her space and level of care needed. Definitely recommend this place for new and experienced plant lovers alike!”
“This nursery is super cute and has a lot of variety! There’s a good amount of indoor and outdoor plants. The staff is super friendly. It’s a dog friendly area and the staff also gave our dog a little treat :)”
